Urban Capers is offering a scavenger hunt that will take you through Yorkville’s graveyard, the insane asylum formerly at the site of Ontario Legislative Buildings and residences of Canada’s founding fathers. One of the scarier Halloween events in Toronto, this scavenger hunt will include trivia questions about old Toronto. Compete in teams of two to six. Scavenger Hunt tours take place on Sat., Oct. 8, 2016 at 7 p.m., Sat., Oct. 15, 2016 at 7 p.m., Sat., Oct. 22, 2016 at 6 p.m., Sat., Oct. 29, 2016 at 6 p.m., Sun., Oct. 30, 2016 at 6 p.m., and Mon., Oct. 31, 2016 at 6 p.m. Tickets are $29.99 plus GST and $1.74 admin fee.
Artscape Wychwood Barns hosts Boo! At The Barns on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wear your Halloween costume, enjoy face painting, a photo booth, a haunted house, spooky DJ dancing, scary stories, Halloween arts and crafts, balloon creations, beer, wine and pizza.
